Theo Immers, chairman of the Dutch National Centrum Prevention Stress & Burn-out said: “We are seeing the risk group rising enormously due to the Corona crisis. 56 percent of workers will burn-out within zero to six months if they do not receive support now. Acupuncture treatment has proven to be highly effective in beating stress and the effects stress has on your general health. The target of acupuncture is to put all your systems back in to balance and to relight the fire inside you. Acupuncture will strengthen your immune system, relax your mind, help you to strength your energy flow and will give you a better sleep.
As part of the treatment I will give an acupressure massage of the head and scalp. From my experience all my patients with stress related health issues enjoy this treatment and feel a lot better after each session. In general, the regular amount of treatments is around ten treatments.
